- At least 5 years of documentary verifiable relevant experience
- Experience in health sector projects and public sector operations preferred
Financial Management Specialist (PPS-10)
- CA / ACCA / CMA / ACMA / MBA Finance
- Completion of articles from registered audit firm
- Minimum 8 years relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of public sector accounting, PPF, procurement mechanisms, budgeting and auditing
- Experience in donor funded projects preferred
Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning Specialist (PPS-09)
- Master’s degree or equivalent qualification in Statistics, Economics, Public Policy, International Development or related field
- At least 5 years relevant experience
- Experience in monitoring & evaluation tools and development projects preferred
- Experience with civil society and government departments will be an advantage
