Best Earning Apps in Pakistan 2026: Real Options, Scam Warnings

Real earning apps in Pakistan pay for work through Payoneer or a local bank. Compare Fiverr, Upwork, Daraz, Etsy, Preply, YouTube and gig apps, and learn the SECP's warning signs for scam earning apps.

The best earning app in Pakistan in 2026 is one that pays you for real work and sends the money through a route that works here: Fiverr and Upwork for freelancing, Daraz Seller Center for selling products, Preply for tutoring, YouTube for creators, and Bykea, inDrive or foodpanda for local gig work. Upwork can send your dollars straight to a Pakistani bank account in rupees for US$0.99 per withdrawal, and Fiverr’s lowest Payoneer withdrawal is US$10. Any app that asks you to deposit money before you can “earn”, or pays you mainly for bringing in other people, matches the scam patterns the SECP has warned about.

ProInfoDesk has not tested these apps or received payment from them. This page compares what each platform’s own help pages say about payouts, fees and availability in Pakistan, so you can judge before you sign up. If you want websites rather than apps, see our list of best online earning websites in Pakistan.

How to tell a real earning app in Pakistan from a fake one

A real earning app in Pakistan passes three simple checks. First, you are paid for work someone else values: a logo design, a delivered order, a tutoring lesson, a video people watch. Second, the money comes out through a named channel such as a Pakistani bank account, Payoneer, or a payout partner listed on the company’s help centre. Third, the company behind it is identifiable, with a help centre, terms of service and a business you can look up.

Fake apps flip this around. You “earn” by watching ads, clicking tasks or recruiting friends, the balance only exists inside the app, and withdrawals open only after you pay a fee or “upgrade” your account.

Freelancing apps: Fiverr and Upwork

Fiverr

On Fiverr you list a fixed-price service, such as “I will design a logo” or “I will write a blog post”, and buyers order it. Fiverr takes 20% of each order, including tips, according to Wise’s guide to Fiverr payments, and earnings clear after 14 days for standard sellers and 7 days for Top Rated sellers.

For withdrawals, Fiverr’s payout help page lists a Payoneer account (minimum US$10, US$3 fee, up to 2 business days) and bank transfer via Payoneer (minimum US$20, US$1 fee). Fiverr also lists PayPal, but PayPal does not let Pakistani users receive payments; our PayPal in Pakistan guide explains why. Each withdrawal is capped at US$5,000.

Upwork

Upwork works more like a job board: clients post projects and you send proposals. Proposals cost Connects, which Upwork sells at US$0.15 each, so Upwork is not completely free to use. Upwork’s fee agreement lists a default freelancer service fee of 10% of what you invoice, with different pricing on some contracts.

The Pakistan advantage is Direct to Local Bank. Upwork’s help centre lists PKR as a supported currency, with a US$0.99 fee per withdrawal and arrival “within four days”. The bank account name must match your verified Upwork name, and Upwork says it cannot pay PKR company accounts.

Selling apps: Daraz Seller Center and Etsy

Daraz Seller Center lets you sell products to shoppers on the Daraz app and website. Daraz’s seller page says there is no listing fee and that Daraz deducts a commission from each order, with the rate set by product category in the “Marketplace Commission Structure” on Daraz University. Payments go to your account. You can start registration by texting “Daraz” followed by your name to 7575. The real cost is stock: you have to buy or make what you sell.

Etsy suits people who make printables, planners, templates or handmade items. Etsy’s list of countries eligible for Etsy Payments includes Pakistan, with payouts through a Payoneer account. Etsy’s fee policy charges US$0.20 per listing and a 6.5% transaction fee, and some new shops pay a one-time set-up fee.

Tutoring app: Preply

Preply connects tutors with students for paid one-to-one lessons in languages and school subjects. You set your rate and Preply takes a commission on lessons. On withdrawals, Preply’s help page lists Payoneer (minimum US$20 plus a US$1 Payoneer fee), Skrill (1% fee) and others. Preply’s Wise route lists PKR among currencies not currently supported for Wise payouts, so Pakistani tutors usually rely on Payoneer.

Creator apps: YouTube and TikTok

Pakistan is on YouTube’s list of countries where the YouTube Partner Programme is available. To share ad revenue you need 1,000 subscribers plus either 4,000 qualified watch hours in the last 12 months or 10 million Shorts views in the last 90 days, according to YouTube’s eligibility page. The lower-entry “expanded YPP” (500 subscribers) is not offered in Pakistan as of this check. Earnings are paid through AdSense once your balance reaches the US$100 threshold for US dollar accounts.

TikTok’s Creator Rewards Programme only runs in selected countries. We could not confirm on TikTok’s official help pages that Pakistan is included, so do not count on TikTok views paying directly. Brand deals and affiliate links are the realistic routes for Pakistani TikTokers.

Ride and delivery apps: Bykea, inDrive and foodpanda

If you have a motorbike or car, local gig apps are the fastest way to earn in rupees. Bykea (bike rides and parcel delivery), inDrive (rides where passengers propose a fare) and foodpanda (food and grocery delivery, which runs a nationwide rider network) all operate in Pakistani cities. Pay is per trip or per delivery, and fuel and maintenance come out of your pocket.

Two 2025 to 2026 changes matter. Careem suspended ride-hailing in Pakistan from 18 July 2025, as Dawn reported, so the Careem Captain app is no longer an option. In Islamabad, Bykea and taxi drivers must register and display a QR code; registration moved to the Islamabad Police Taxi Verification App in March 2026, according to ProPakistani.

Popular “earning apps” that do not pay in Pakistan

Google Opinion Rewards is searched often in Pakistan, but Google’s availability page lists 39 countries and Pakistan is not one of them. Its rewards are Google Play credit, not cash.

Many survey, micro-task and AI-training apps pay only through PayPal. Since PayPal does not work for receiving money in Pakistan, check the payout options before you spend hours on tasks.

Scam earning apps: warning signs from SECP and NCCIA

The Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) has warned about these schemes several times. In a May 2023 press release, it named mobile or web apps that promise high profits or referral bonuses on deposits, and payments collected for “online job packages”, as fraud models. In May 2025 it warned about unlicensed apps that show fake balances and profits, let people withdraw small amounts at first, then block access once they deposit more, as reported by ProPakistani.

The SECP has also stated that referral marketing, MLM, Ponzi and pyramid schemes are unlawful under section 301 of the Companies Act 2017, and that a company’s incorporation certificate is not a licence to take deposits (PID, October 2021).

Three scam models to recognise

  • Investment “tasks”: you deposit money to buy a “VIP level”, then earn by liking videos, rating products or “grabbing orders”. The task is a cover; your deposit funds earlier users’ withdrawals.
  • Referral pyramids: your daily income depends on how many people join under you, with “team commission” levels.
  • Withdrawal fees: the app shows a balance but asks for a “tax”, “verification fee” or “account activation” payment before releasing it.

Checklist before you install any earning app

  1. Search the company name on the SECP website or ask through the SECP query portal at sdms.secp.gov.pk.
  2. Read the app’s help centre for a payout page that names methods, minimums and fees.
  3. Refuse any app that asks for a deposit, an “upgrade” or a fee to withdraw.
  4. Be wary of apps promoted only through WhatsApp groups, Telegram channels or TikTok screenshots of withdrawals.
  5. Never share your CNIC photos, OTP codes or JazzCash and Easypaisa PINs with an app agent.

How to report a fake earning app

Send evidence to the SECP at scams@secp.gov.pk. Report cybercrime to the National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA): the government announced helpline 1799 in June 2025 (Daily Times), confirmed in a PID press release, or file online at complaint.nccia.gov.pk. If money left your bank or wallet, call your bank or wallet helpline at once; PTA’s April 2026 advisory also points victims of unauthorised transactions to the State Bank of Pakistan on (021) 111-727-273 (APP).

Earning app without investment: what is genuinely free

Fiverr, Preply, YouTube and Daraz’s listing tool are free to join. Upwork charges for Connects, Etsy charges per listing, and selling or ride apps need stock or a vehicle. None of the legitimate options ask you to deposit money to “activate” earnings. If you want a skills-first plan, read our guide on how to earn money online in Pakistan without investment.

Online earning app in Pakistan: withdrawing to JazzCash or Easypaisa

International platforms do not pay JazzCash or Easypaisa directly. The usual path is platform to Payoneer, then Payoneer to your bank or mobile wallet; our step-by-step guide covers Payoneer to JazzCash and Easypaisa. If you are choosing between the two wallets, see our Easypaisa vs JazzCash comparison. A local app that pays straight to Easypaisa is not proof that it is genuine, because many deposit-based scams also use mobile wallets.

Frequently asked questions

Which is the best earning app in Pakistan for beginners?

For a beginner with a skill, Fiverr is the simplest start because it is free to join and pays through Payoneer. If you prefer rupees in a bank account, Upwork’s Direct to Local Bank in PKR costs US$0.99 per withdrawal.

Is there a real earning app in Pakistan that pays to Easypaisa?

Fiverr, Upwork, Preply and Etsy pay through Payoneer or bank transfer, and from Payoneer you can move money to Easypaisa or JazzCash. Treat apps that promise direct Easypaisa payouts for watching ads or playing games with caution.

Can I earn from an earning app without investment?

Yes. Fiverr, Preply and YouTube are free to join. Upwork charges US$0.15 per Connect for proposals. Any app that asks for a deposit before you can earn fits the SECP’s warning signs.

Does Google Opinion Rewards work in Pakistan?

No. Google’s availability page lists 39 countries and Pakistan is not included, and rewards are Google Play credit rather than cash.

Is Careem Captain still available in Pakistan?

No. Careem suspended ride-hailing in Pakistan from 18 July 2025. Bykea, inDrive and foodpanda are the main gig options now.

How do I report a fake online earning app in Pakistan?

Email the SECP at scams@secp.gov.pk and call the NCCIA helpline 1799. If money was taken, contact your bank or wallet provider immediately.
